Wacked Wednesday.
When pressed for time or simply exhausted, sprucing up leftovers is a splendid idea.
Didn’t feel like having anything heavy for lunch. Cod seemed like a good option.
I’ve missed visiting and supporting locally owned coffee shops in Denver. Good to see you, @metropolisdenver , if only for a moment.
I feel like I spent an unusual amount of time in the kitchen, yesterday, cooking shrimp and andouille sausage jambalaya and other stuff. Then I got all excited when buying groceries, yesterday. And now I’ll be spending much more time in the kitchen cooking the perishable stuff I picked up.
Snowy beauty.
